It’s a serious business.

Please read these terms & conditions carefully before submitting your (pre-)order. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. You agree that in any point in time the most recent version of these terms and conditions will apply to our agreement.


The pre-order period will close on June 14th 2018. From then on, we will start producing your order! We will update you every week on the production and shipping process. You will get to see each step of the process as the product is made and eventually shipped to you. Pre-orders can not be cancelled during the production/shipping process. 


All prices are in euros and inclusive of taxes and exclusive of shipping costs. Shipping costs are charged separately. The amount of shipping costs differs per country.


Payments can be made with iDEAL. Shipping costs are paid by the customer.


If you’re not happy with the product, we will accept returns within 14 days of delivery*. All products must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged and have the original SOAP! tags still attached. To return your order please contact us via hello@soap.amsterdam.  As soon as we have received your return, it will take approximately 7 to 10 business days to process your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of the shipping for the new item to you.


Discounted items are not eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment, but can be refunded via an emailed webshop credit or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.


All the information you provide to SOAP! is strictly private and confidential. We do not disclose buyers’ information to third parties.


SOAP! is not liable for the damages caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent. The customer’s right to compensation does not in any case exceed the amount of the purchased product.


Your order may be delivered to you by the local post office. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
